  • Account Information: User ID and password created and assigned by the system administrator.
  • Device Information: Device identifiers such as Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens for push notifications.
  • Operational Data: Business-related operational data entered by authorized users within the platform (e.g., tasks, procurement, finance records, and workflow logs).
  • Optional Data: Operational logs (only when required for troubleshooting or security monitoring).

3. How We Use Data

  • To provide secure login access to the App.
  • To deliver push notifications through Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM).
  • To operate and support organizational workflows across locations (e.g., HQ, branches, retail outlets, and commercial locations).
  • To maintain system performance, prevent misuse, and support operations.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties. However, FCM tokens are transmitted securely to Google Firebase servers for the purpose of sending push notifications.

All transmitted data is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. We implement administrative and technical safeguards to protect user information from unauthorized access or disclosure.

6. Account & Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their account and related data at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

To verify the request, please include:

  • Registered email address or phone number
  • User name or account ID

Processing Time:
Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days after verification.

Data that will be deleted:

  • Account credentials and login records
  • Profile information
  • Associated operational data stored in the App

Once deletion is completed, the account cannot be restored.
